FRIENDLY, well-appointed and affordable accommodation in Cook Islands can be found at Kura's Kabanas, a versatile holiday destination overlooking the stunning Muri Lagoon on Rarotonga. There are 4 kabanas fronting the white sand beach, plus 3 family studio units with lagoon views (under 12 year olds stay free). All have self-catering facilities but there are lots of cafes and restaurants and island night entertainment at Muri should you wish to eat out.

There is also the Hideaway Cottage (the Luv Nest!) located on the inland road a short walk away, offering privacy and tranquillity suitable for a couple.
